Circuit training takes an interval approach- short blocks of all-out effort followed by blocks of rest. This is an excellent class to incorporate variety into your training sessions and challenge the body in different ways. We will circuit through various stations for a total of 30 minutes and finish the workout with about 20 minutes of core strengthening work. Bring plenty of water.
