In this full barbell class, we will spend 45-60 minutes strengthening and toning the entire body. This is a high repetition, with a lighter weight type of strength training that strengthens and tones the body quick. Focusing on a progressive load-increasing weight, repetitions, and speed over time is an excellent way to track the progress that you are making in increasing muscle and strength endurance.
